The Venture Communities team is thrilled to announce that our first dozen renovated units have come online at the gorgeous 860 East Townhomes & Apartments in Eastgate, Ohio. While these units are already spoken for by new residents, you can put your name on the waiting list at the 860 East website to get first dibs on the next available units.

The Venture Communities team was thrilled to host our first in-person team training since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we just wanted to share a few shots of this wonderful event. Our team has nearly doubled in size since our last team event (Christmas 2019), so it was great to bring our entire Greater Cincinnati team together to meet one another, break bread, and share some trainings to improve the service at our communities. We started with some words from the Venture principals, Matthew Henderson, Robert Hendricks, and Steven Rice, and then proceeded to trainings featuring our teammates. It was an all-around great time, and we look forward to bringing everyone together again soon.
