These two new amenities are ready for the warm weather!
Our Skyridge community is already the darling of Green Township, but we are continuing to add new, fun amenities to improve the overall desirability of these beautifully renovated apartments.
We recently completed our brand new dog park and playground, giving the kids of our community (both human and canine) a great place to have some fun!

Skyridge Apartments, a beautiful 182-unit community in Dent, is the newest addition to Venture's management portfolio.
The Venture Communities team was thrilled to host our first in-person team training since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we just wanted to share a few shots of this wonderful event. Our team has nearly doubled in size since our last team event (Christmas 2019), so it was great to bring our entire Greater Cincinnati team together to meet one another, break bread, and share some trainings to improve the service at our communities. We started with some words from the Venture principals, Matthew Henderson, Robert Hendricks, and Steven Rice, and then proceeded to trainings featuring our teammates. It was an all-around great time, and we look forward to bringing everyone together again soon.
