Venture Communities was thrilled to celebrate its 2023 Christmas Party and 10-Year Anniversary Celebration with over 75 teammates, friends, and family members at The Lempicka, by Jeff Ruby.
From our humble beginnings with an 11-unit acquisition in 2013, to our 240-unit acquisition to close out 2023, it has been an unbelievable journey for the team at VREC. We are sincerely grateful to our families, our teammates, and our professional partners for their support and trust throughout the years. The Venture Communities team was thrilled to host our first in-person team training since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we just wanted to share a few shots of this wonderful event. Our team has nearly doubled in size since our last team event (Christmas 2019), so it was great to bring our entire Greater Cincinnati team together to meet one another, break bread, and share some trainings to improve the service at our communities. We started with some words from the Venture principals, Matthew Henderson, Robert Hendricks, and Steven Rice, and then proceeded to trainings featuring our teammates. It was an all-around great time, and we look forward to bringing everyone together again soon.
