Venture Communities is proud to announce that we've added a spectacular new 182-unit community to our management portfolio. The Skyridge Apartments in Green Township are now under the leadership of Venture's best-in-class management, and we have huge plans for this beautiful project. The Skyridge Apartments are in close proximity to all of the retail favorites like Starbucks, Chipotle, and Meijer, and is also within minutes of I-74 and I-75. A perfect location!

While unit-by-unit renovations have already begun (see photos below), we are also in the process of designing a state of the art clubhouse, pool, 24-hour fitness center, coffee bar, and playground for our residents to enjoy. These amenities will all be included for our existing and future residents, and we are excited to show our new residents the commitment to excellence that we strive for at Venture Communities. Construction for the clubhouse, gym, and pool will begin mid-2022.
